Call for Full Papers
Authors are now invited to submit Full Papers using the following template:

For authors who have already submitted an abstract, the following instructions will help to replace the original abstract with the Full Paper submission.
Full papers may still be submitted without having previously submitted an associated abstract.
Each paper must have at least one registered author, and each delegate can be the registered author of a maximum of two papers and/or workshops.
Full Papers may be a maximum of 9 pages, including one page structured abstract, submitted in PDF format.

Call for Workshops Expression of Interest
Facilitators are now invited to submit a Workshop Expression of Interest using the following template:

Workshop EOIs must be submitted through the AAEE2023 EasyChair portal:
Workshops are 90 minute interactive sessions and expressions of interest must clearly state how the proposed workshop will engage auidence members in a structured and shared learning experience. Workshops will be facilitated in-person only.
Each workshop must have at least one registered facilitator, and each delegate can be the registered author of a maximum of two papers and/or workshops.
The maximum length of a Workshop Expression of Interest should be 1 page, submitted in PDF format.

Call for Abstracts

- Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence and Human Computer Interaction

Code of Conduct
AAEE is committed to providing events that are safe and welcoming for all attendees, where all attendees are treated with respect and dignity and are free from discrimination and harassment. By registering to attend any AAEE event, including but not limited to, webinars, networking events, conference sessions, social events and all AAEE communication platforms, it is mandatory for all attendees to adhere to the Codes of Conducts outlined in the Engineers Australia General Regulations and Code of Ethics.
If anyone experiences or becomes aware of any violations, or potential violations of the above Code of Conduct, such instances should be reported to any AAEE Executive Committee member, AAEE event host, Conference Host or the Conference Manager. All reasonable precautions and endeavours will be used to protect the anonymity of persons reporting violations, or potential violations.
The AAEE Executive Committee, AAEE event hosts, Conference Hosts and Conference Managers, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue or virtual platform, at any time, any attendee not adhering to the above Code of Conduct or deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to a refund of any fees paid, or a refund of any travel and accommodation expenses incurred for travel to the conference. Not only will any offender forfeit their right to attend the conference, they will also forfeit their right to deliver an oral or poster presentation at the conference.
